After analyzing my results for film research on people’s film habits my results show that a total of 8 people had completed my questionnaire and where all from the same age group (16-20). The most common favorite film from the people that took part in the questionnaire favorite film was ‘The Green Mile’, the majority of the results showed that the Horror genre was the most popular genre. There was a varied response to the question ‘who is your favorite director?’ as 5 people did not have one but the 3 answers received where Quentin Tarantino, Rob Zombie and Steven Spielberg, The favorite actor from the results of the questionnaire was Adam Sadler. Most of the people who answered the questionnaire also preferred to watch a film series, movies at home and visited a cinema at least a month ago as they visit the cinema monthly. The final question of the questionnaire was ‘What was the last film you watched?’ The answers from the questionnaire showed that there was 2 films which were popular which where’ Grown Ups’ and ‘The Inbetweeners Movie’.
The questionnaire showed that the participants film habits where to watch movies in their homes and they preferred to watch movies from the horror genre which is helpful information for our media production as this is also from the horror genre.
